Francesca de Luca

Yoga

Francesca de Luca is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT 500h) and a Mindfulness instructor with a Master in Mindfulness and Neuroscience at La Sapienza University of Rome.

She began to study dance in Bari with Claudia Incalza and after graduating with honors in Foreign Languages and Literature, she approached yoga in Florence, where she trained with Pino Carbone (Yoga and Gyrotonic) and Elisabetta Hertel (classical ballet).

Her career as a dancer led her to work for over ten years in several theatres: in the musical comedies of the Teatro Sistina, in the operettas of the Teatro Verdi in Trieste and the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, and with choreographers such as Gino Landi, Franco Miseria, Daniel Ezralow, in major television programs of Rai and Mediaset, including the Sanremo Festival.

Driven by the need for inner research, Francesca abandons the scenes to devote herself full time to yoga, completing the teacher training of the European Academy of Ananda Yoga of Assisi, directed by Jayadev Jaerschky, and the Dynamic Yoga Pro method of Devika Camedda (vinyasa techniques preparatory to the asanas).

From the union of her passions, she creates Dance Yoga Flow, a journey in the chakras through dance and yoga, which aims to release the energy potential contained in each of us. In addition, she writes about yoga and wellness for the blog of Ananda Editions “Joy Times”, has collaborated with the LUISS University “Guido Carli” and with the blog “La Pinella” by Alessia Marcuzzi.

Today Francesca lives and teaches in Rome, organizes yoga and meditation retreats throughout Italy and since 2020 she has been collaborating with the Accademia Internazionale Coreutica.
Her lessons, energetic and relaxing at the same time, are based on the deep belief that Yoga is a highway to happiness, since it leads us to let go of all the physical and mental blocks that cause suffering and restore body harmony, mind and spirit.
